Monday is Mother's Day
(Every week at Spring Down Equestrian Center)

Because once a year is just not enough, join our Monday Mother's Group!

Relax, rejuvenate, and reinvigorate yourself spending the day in beautiful Portola Valley, amongst the horses at Spring Down Equestrian Center.

During your stay at Spring Down, you will experience the following:

A presentation with hands on experience about many aspects of horsemanship:
- Horse safety
- Horse care
- Grooming and tacking up
- Veterinary care
- Nutrition and supplements
- Much, much more.
A riding lesson at your appropriate level – no experience necessary, but if you do have riding experience, we will make sure we accommodate that.
Meet with other ladies who want to get some exercise, stress relief, and enjoy the outdoors while connecting with the wonderful world of horses.

You don’t have to be a Mom to join – we’ll make you an adopted Mom to our four-legged friends :-)

	When:	Every Monday, from 1-2:30 PM – First session Monday March 15
	Cost:	$85 per session

Child care provided upon request (we need 72 hrs advanced notice, please - i.e. let us know by the prior Friday morning.)

All riders must download the hold harmless form.
